LUKOIL Europe Holdings B.V. to offered BGN 27.83 a share in its corrected tender offer to the minority shareholders in the Bulgarian subsidiary LUKoil-Neftochim, according to the news bulletin of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The announcement, however, does not show what the correction in the offer was, especially since the price remained the same.
