DSK Bank Names Violina Marinova CEO. Net Profit to Rise 39% in 2005.

DSK BANK appointed Violina Marinova chief executive officer, bank representatives said. She will replace Krasimir Angarski as of January 1, 2005. According to the company's official statement Angarski will resign from the position by mutual agreement with DSK Bank's owner, the Hungarian OTP Bank. Insiders said he was surprised by the changes, though.
Violina Marinova has worked for DSK Bank for 33 years and she passed through all corporate structural levels. She was appointed by the bank's supervisory board which recently okeyed her business plan for 2005.
