IT was in connection with the future of insurance that a friend in the computer industry who works for companies in this field sent me the latest edition of Jakob Nielsen's Alertbox, an on-line e-zine which examines the role that well-designed software can play in the lives of people.
Nielsen argues that the internet is a harbinger of large changes to our way of life.
