Pyongyang, 1 December: A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry gave the following answer to a question put by KCNA Wednesday [1 December] as regards the outcome of a meeting of the Board of Governors of the IAEA [International Atomic Energy Agency] on South Korea's nuclear issue:
The meeting held on 26 November discussed South Korea's nuclear issue and expressed concern over its failure to report its nuclear activities to the IAEA.
