Supreme Court of Ukraine rejects appeal to dismiss opposition case.

The Supreme Court of Ukraine has rejected an appeal for the opposition complaint about vote-rigging in the presidential election to be thrown out on a technicality questioning the mandate of the opposition representative who filed the complaint. The court upheld the opposition representative's mandate. The following is the text of the announcement made by the presiding judge in the courtroom, broadcast live by Ukrainian One Plus One TV on 1 December:
