AUSTRALIAN TOLL ROAD PROJECT TO BE 100% MARKET FUNDED.
SYDNEY, Dec 1 Asia Pulse - Lane Cove Tunnel Finance Company Ltd today launched the fourth and final tranche of its A$1.1 billion (US$854.2 million) funding program for the Lane Cove Tunnel road project.
The issue is made up of A$451.2 million of nominal seven-year bullet bonds.
The issue includes A$150 million of fixed rate notes with an expected pricing in the low 30s basis points over a seven year mid swap benchmark and A$301.2 million of floating rate notes also priced at the low 30s basis points over a 90-day bank bill swap rate (BBSW) benchmark.
The bonds are credit wrapped by MBIA Corporation and are rated AAA/Aaa/AAA by all major ratings ...
