MOODY'S is arriving in the Philippines today for the Thriller in Manila. They will study the economic data and decide whether to downgrade our bonds, already rated as junk. Ron Moody, who played FAGIN in the musical 'Oliver' many years ago, will lead the team. He will probably sing his verdict as follows:
"I'm reviewing the situation
And it looks to me as being very bad.
Of all the countries, which are Asian,
I think this is the worst we ever had.
