Dakar, Senegal (PANA) - Participants in the ongoing Global WASH Forum in Dakar on Monday afternoon directed their attention on the effectiveness of investments in the water and sanitation sectors and the target population's capital absorption capacity.
The theme of the Global WASH Forum, which opened Monday morning is "Water, Sanitation and Hygiene for All-Local and National Solutions."
