OF THE 120 blocks at the New McKellar residential estate, 53 have been sold.
Two display homes are nearing completion at the entrance to the estate to set the standard and create a gateway presence.
The average block size is 680 square metres, with blocks ranging from 589 square metres to 1526 square metres.
