SEOUL, Nov. 27 (Yonhap) -- About 3,000 North Koreans are working on various construction projects in Kuwait, the Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) said Saturday.

""Most of them are unskilled laborers at construction sites earning low wages,"" KOTRA said in a report, noting North Korea has maintained a similar number of workers in Kuwait in recent years.
