The leasehold interest on two very different, but equally historic South Hams inns have become available and are expected to create strong interest in the market.

Acting on behalf of Coast & Country Inns, consultant surveyors Taylor Son & Creber are marketing the Church House Inn at Harberton, near Totnes and the White Hart Inn in Modbury, South Devon.

Like other pubs of the same name, the 13th century Church House Inn was built to accommodate masons who were building the adjoining St Andrews Church before becoming a Chantry in 1327.
