The singer/songwriter-turned-software developer used last week's MobileMusiCon to launch his latest offering, a Web-based software application for ringtone creators and wireless carriers. RetroFolio 1.0 allows music producers, copyright owners and mobile operators to build a database and archive mobile music, including ringtones, truetones and song clips such as MP3 or WAV files.
