Dakar, Senegal (PANA) - A five-day Global WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) Forum, which opens in the Senegalese capital 29 November would address the problem of lack of safe sanitation, considered the world's biggest cause of infection, the organisers have said.

They said in a release Tuesday, that lack of safe sanitation "deprives hundreds of millions of people not only of health, but of energy, time, dignity and quality of life."
