BEIJING, November 19, SinoCast -- China deepens energy ties with Iran in Middle East, after Sudan in North Africa, Kazakstan in North Africa, and Venezuela in South America. Iran's oil minister Bijan Zanganeh paid a three-day visit to China on October 28 to 30. During the visit, China signed an agreement to buy oil and gas from Iran and develop Iran's Yadavaran oil field. The deal was inked in Beijing by Zanganeh and Ma Kai, head of the State Development and Reform Commission, China's macro-economy regulator under the State Council, the country's cabinet. China is to buy 10 million tons of liquefied natural gas (LNG) a year from …
