HARBIN, October 14, SinoCast -- The second batch of the restructuring program for old industrial bases in Northeastern China has fixed 29 large projects for Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang Province.

Therefore, some local enterprises and their employees in Harbin will benefit with the restructuring of the 29 projects.

It is reported that there are 196 projects in need of restructuring approved by the central government.
