THE Kenyan accused by the United Nations of fuelling international conflicts through arms dealing was a partner to former President Moi's son Raymond in a collapsed aviation firm, the Nation can reveal today.

The only directors of the firm, Simba Airlines, were Mr Raymond Moi and businessman Sanjivan Ruprah.

Mr Ruprah, whose bank accounts were ordered frozen by the UN Security Council, is also the partner of another man - a Russian called Victor Bout - who the UN has accused of supplying arms to the Al Qaeda terrorist network of Osama bin Laden.

In fact Mr Bout has been accused by the UN of supplying the surface-to-air missiles fired at an Israeli airliner as it took off from Mombasa airport, exactly two years …
