Sri Lankan president discusses ties with Pakistan prime minister.

Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has held talks with Sri Lankan President Chandrika Kumaratunga in Colombo. The two leaders discussed key regional and global issues as well as bilateral relations. They also discussed measures to promote bilateral trade. The two leaders were assisted by their ministers and senior officials. The prime minister will also meet his Sri Lankan counterpart Mahinda Rajapakse. Our correspondent Riffat Nazir reports that they are likely to review all aspects of bilateral relations focusing on enhancing trade and exchanging views on regional and international issues.
