SKIN DISORDERS ARE THE MOST COMMON OF occupational diseases, with the HSE estimating that 39,000 people in the UK suffered from skin disease caused by work last year. Some four million working days are lost as a result of skin problems every year, and the total annual cost to industry runs into many millions of pounds.
