NEW YORK -- Two weeks after Election Day, Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs will convene a forum addressing U.S. immigration policy and featuring keynote remarks by AFL-CIO President John Sweeney. The half-day event, the 10th Annual David N. Dinkins Leadership & Policy Forum, will take place Tuesday, Nov. 16.

The agenda for "Changing America: National and Urban Responses to Immigration" includes:
