Statesman News Service MALDA. Nov. 16. - The Malda police organized a debate on human rights at police line conference hall today. Twenty four police personnel participated in this debate. The DIG, Malda rangewas present at the programme. The DGP had instructed the district to organize such a programme to make police officials aware of human rights.
