"The US Army has announced that it has opened an investigation into the killing of an unarmed wounded Iraqi person by a marine in a mosque in Al-Fallujah", Qatari Al-Jazeera satellite TV reported at 1100 gmt on 16 November. The TV also interviewed a lawyer and political activist in London, who said that the Al-Fallujah killing was a "war crime" and part of a "genocide" against the people of Al-Fallujah.
