Background

Infortrend was founded in 1992 by a team of engineers with extensive experience in storage subsystems. Our mission is to provide OEMs, system integrators, and select distributors with the highest performing product line available in the storage industry.

An experienced development team designs our products to be flexible, cost-effective and feature-rich, with support for a variety of protocols. Legacy support and upgrade paths make it easy for system managers to migrate as technology advances.

Innovative Products

Infortrend subsystems offer the highest levels of performance and fault tolerance in the RAID market, combined with exceptional value. All current systems support RAID levels 0, 1(0+1), 3, 5, 10, 30, 50, JBOD, or NRAID.

All RAID controllers employ Infortrend's own custom ASICs, a high-speed CPU, and DRAM cache memory to achieve high data throughput and availability. They may be managed either locally or remotely via RS232C ports/modem, the LCD front panel, in-band FC/SCSI, or SNMP.
