Moves involving Daunte Culpepper and Terrell Owens created the most buzz during one mad March of offseason activity, but these were the best and worst decisions.
GOOD MOVES
* RE John Abraham to the Falcons. Landing the explosive former Jet gives Atlanta a formidable pair of ends--relentless Patrick Kerney will provide a nice complement--and the NFC's best pass rush.
* QB Drew Brees to the Saints. This team needed to add leadership, consistency and efficiency to the offense. Brees delivers it all.
* WR David Givens to the Titans. He was ready to be a No. 1. Tennessee will take advantage of his size, speed and hands all over the field.
* G Steve Hutchinson to the Vikings. With Hutchinson to block for Chester Taylor, the team can mold a gritty run-oriented offense.
* OLB Julian Peterson to the Seahawks. He's an injury risk but is worth gambling on, given how dominant he and Lofa Tatupu could become as a rangy playmaking duo.
