KABUL, April 3 Asia Pulse - Commerce Minister Hedayat Amin Arsala said on Saturday that Afghanistan had an important geo-economic position in the region, but that economic development and reconstruction needed foreign investment and international cooperation.
He was addressing the opening ceremony of a two-day seminar entitled "Cooperation, Trade and Development in the Great Central Asia." The minister invited foreign entrepreneurs to invest in Afghanistan.
