SYDNEY, March 31 Asia Pulse - Increases in retail spending and residential building approvals hold out some hope of a stronger labour market - but not right away.
Retail spending, based on a survey which excludes motor vehicle retailing and service stations, rose by 0.7 per cent in February, following rises of 0.6 per cent in December and 0.9 per cent in January.
