CANBERRA, March 31 Asia Pulse - A return of cashed-up shoppers to the nation's malls and signs of life in the housing sector has spurred new hope that the Australian economy is on the move.
Better than expected retail trade figures, an increase in business borrowing and even an improvement in apartment approvals suggest a strengthening domestic economy.
