News from the world's 'greatest knitting factory'.

This was dated for summer 1957 and was described as "a journal of news, notes and comment" published by N Corah (St Margaret) Ltd at St Margaret's Works in Leicester.

Looking through this book, I was soon made aware of what a vast organisation Corah's was, but also that there seemed to be a friendly family atmosphere about the place 47 years ago.

In the opening editorial there is a tribute to Sir John Corah, who was retiring from the board of directors and as company chairman after 55 years with the business.
