Delta ANPP Caretaker Committee Unconstitutional - Lawmaker.

DEPUTY Minority Leader in the House of Representatives, Mr. Emmanuel Arigbe-Osula has described the caretaker committee set up to run the affairs of the Delta State AlI Nigeria Peopes Party (ANPP), by the national chairman of the party, Chief Don Etiebet, as unconstitutional.
The leadership of the ANPP had, on Monday, appointed Mr. Osaro Onaiwu from Edo State, as the sole administrator of the Delta State ANPP following the expiration of the tenure of the Mr. Benjamin Ogbalor-led caretaker committee of the party in the state.
