KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 (Bernama) -- The Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (Unitar) has received recognition for its academic programmes from the Higher Education Ministry of Oman, the third foreign authorities to do so.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Unitar Datuk Dr Syed Othman Alhabshi said with the recognition, Omani students could pursue their studies here at Unitar in both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

He said he had received the letter of recognition from the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman's Deputy Head of Mission Mohammed Khalil Al-Jazmi on Monday.
