YENAGOA, the Bayelsa State Capital, with its decrepit structures and dearth of quality houses, is about to have the real touch of a modern capital city.

This is because the Federal Ministry of Housing And Urban Development, in collaboration with Henbori Limited, will commence the building of N10 billion Paradise Garden Housing Estate next month.

The project is expected to create not less than 1000 jobs for the youths of Bayelsa State for the next three years.
