There's nothing like a little teamwork when it comes to making quality knives. Buck Knives decided to collaborate with Strider Knives to produce the new 882 SBT Police Utility Knife. This bad-boy has a 3 1/2" partially serrated, drop point blade made of ATS-34 steel with positive deployment texturing (so your fingers don't slip if you've been sloshing around in the rain and mud). The handle is crafted from glass reinforced nylon and comes with a stainless steel, reversible clip. It's specifically designed for that responsible lot--cops, military and first-response people, but since it's labeled "tactical," responsible or not, we had to play with one. The 882 is durable and reliable if you are ever in a pinch.
