The Chechen rebel web site Daymohk has praised the Toronto Globe and Mail newspaper for publishing an interview with the Chechen rebel leader Shamil Basayev. This decision, the site believes, means that there can no longer be any grounds for the west to close down the server of another rebel site, Kavkaz-Tsentr, which is accused of "aiding and abetting" terrorism.
