Beijing, 8 November: At a meeting with a Taiwan "delegation for cross-strait agricultural exchanges", led by Hsu Hsin-liang, a Taiwan renowned figure, on 8 November, Chen Yunlin, director of the CCP [Chinese Communist Party] Central Committee Taiwan Affairs Office and director of the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office, said: We never negatively impact and interrupt cross-strait economic exchanges and cooperation because of political differences. Both sides of the strait are complementary to each other with their respective agricultural superiority and the prospects for cooperation are very bright. Agricultural sectors on both sides of the strait should increase exchanges, expand cooperation, make joint efforts for development, and materialize a win-win outcome for both sides. …
