CEBU CITY, Nov 8 Asia Pulse - The Cebu Educational Development Foundation for Information Technology (Cedf-IT) will sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the leading Singapore-based ICT service provider, CrimsonLogic, Asiatown IT Park and the Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise (Cite) for the establishment and management of the Philippine e-Learning Competency Center (PeLCC) in Cebu.

The MOU signing on Monday to be held at Shangri-La's Mactan Island Resort is among the highlights of the 9th Philippines-Singapore Business Council meeting in Cebu, spearheaded by the Makati Business Club and the Embassy of Singapore. …
