Mar. 31--Ex-FBI agent Roy Lindley DeVecchio, once a major force in the agency's fight against the mob, was indicted by a Brooklyn grand jury yesterday on charges he engineered four gangland killings involving the Colombo crime family. After spending a night in custody, DeVecchio, 65, was freed late yesterday afternoon on $1 million bail by Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Gustin Reichbach after he entered a plea of not guilty to second-degree murder charges.
