The boss of a construction company has been jailed for 18 months for manslaughter following the death of an employee in a fall from a a faulty telehandler.

Wayne Davies, proprietor of A & E Buildings of Knighton, Powys, was sentenced at Hereford Crown Court on 20 January in a case brought by the Crown Prosecution Service following a joint investigation by Staffordshire police and the HSE.
