Feb. 28--International incident creates critics, but Stars have no complaints FRISCO -- It was somewhere in that gray area between a conscious decision and a subconscious one. Either way, Mike Modano returns to the NHL a changed man. No different as a player, Stars fans hope. But with a new image that is tarnished and undeservedly so.
