Feb. 27--A pharmaceutical supplier testified in federal court Monday his company was significantly over-charged for a hemophiliac drug when shortages hit the market in early 2001.
David Roy, director of client services for American Homecare Federation, said his company paid $1.13 a unit to Intermed in March 2001 for medication it had been paying another supplier just 78 cents per unit.
