MELBOURNE, Feb 28 Asia Pulse - Transport group Toll Holdings Ltd (ASX:TOL) is willing to introduce a new partner to its rail operations and make other undertakings in a fresh attempt to win approval for its stalled $A4.6 billion ($US3.39 billion) hostile takeover bid for stevedore Patrick Corp Ltd (ASX:PRK).
