S KOREAN INFORMATION MINISTER MAY RUN IN LOCAL ELECTIONS
SEOUL - Marking his third year in office, Information and Communication Minister Chin Dae-je said Tuesday that he might leave the post and run in the upcoming local elections.
"I have received an official offer from the political community to run in the local elections. I think I need a few days, though not a long time, to consider the offer," Chin told reporters while briefing them on the accomplishments of the ministry's information technology (IT) policies over the past three years.
