MELBOURNE, Feb 28 Asia Pulse - Shares in WorleyParsons Ltd (ASX:WOR) surged today after the company more than doubled its first half net profit and announced a big Middle East contract.
WorleyParsons, which provides engineering and other services to the energy and mining sector, today reported a first half net profit of $61.79 million - up nearly 142 per cent on the prior corresponding period.
