CANBERRA, Mar 1 Asia Pulse - Economists are expecting a rise in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of around 0.8 per cent for the December quarter when official figures are released today.
The softer GDP figures were forecast after the Australian Bureau of Statistics yesterday revealed Australia's current account deficit widened six per cent to A$14.5 billion (US$10.8 billion) in the December quarter.
