TI Announces Sampling of TMS320C6455 DSPs and a New EVM Providing 10 Gb/s Serial RapidIO(R) for Video, Telecom and Imaging Infrastructure Applications
DALLAS, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing its success in uniting high- performance digital signal processing with high-speed inter-chip communications, Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) today announced the immediate availability of a TMS320C6455 digital signal processor (DSP) evaluation module (EVM) and a TMS320C6455 DSP starter kit (DSK), both with a Serial RapidIO(R) (sRIO) bus interface. Texas Instruments is the only DSP company in the world to provide sRIO outfitted digital signal processors.
