KARACHI, Oct.31 (PPI): Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz Sunday called for launching crash programs for bridging the 'skill gap' in the country and declared that there would be no tax on setting up institutions aimed at imparting vocational training to the youths. "Pakistan is currently faced with dearth of skilled manpower. We have educated people, they hold degrees but lacking the skill to get the job.
