SARASOTA COUNTY -- The buzz word in this judicial campaign has been experience.
The question is, which candidate for county judge has the experience that voters want?
Sarasota attorney Preston DeVilbiss Jr. has already held the job -- for 12 years. In his campaign, he's made sure that voters know he's been on the bench before.
"My signs say it all: experience," DeVilbiss said.
Attorney Phyllis Galen has campaigned on her experience as a prosecutor, public defender and business owner, a combination she says will give her a novel perspective.
