Associated Press RAMALLAH (West Bank), Oct 31 - Ailing Palestinian leader Mr Yasser Arafat called his finance minister, Mr Salam Fayyad, today and told him he is "feeling well,'' Mr Fayyad said. Mr Arafat left his Ramallah compound for the first time in nearly three years on Friday so he could receive medical treatment abroad. Doctors in France have performed a battery of tests but remained unsure about what was ailing him. Having ruled out leukemia, French doctors are trying to determine what the Mr Arafat is suffering from, his aides said.
