Associated Press RAMALLAH (West Bank), Oct 31 - Ailing Palestinian leader Mr Yasser Arafat called his finance minister, Mr Salam Fayyad, today and told him he is "feeling well,'' Mr Fayyad said. Mr Arafat left his Ramallah compound for the first time in nearly three years on Friday so he could receive medical treatment abroad.
