MANAOAG, Pangasinan-The family of a community newspaper publisher, who was killed in a road accident here on Wednesday, appealed to the driver of a van who hit his motorcycle to surrender to the police.
Moises Estigo, 47, died when his motorcycle was hit by a van in Barangay Nalsian here. Estigo was the publisher of the weekly paper Kasangga and was a field reporter of local radio station dwPR.
Chief Insp. Jerich Royales, police chief here, said his men were still looking for the owner or driver of the van who sped off after hitting Estigo.
