MUMBAI, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has asked stock exchanges to amend clause 49 of their listing agreement to insert revised provisions dealing with financial results and corporate governance.
The provisions of the revised clause 49 should be implemented in a scheduled manner beginning with entities seeking to list for the first time, SEBI said in a notification on Friday.
