TOKYO, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - Fuji Photo Film Co. (TSE:4901) plans to invest 100 billion yen to build a factory in Kikuyomachi, Kumamoto Prefecture, to produce polarizing sheet film for LCDs (liquid crystal displays).
