NEW DELHI, Nov 1 Asia Pulse - The prospects for information technology (IT) exchanges and cooperation between Taiwan and India are rosy, an Indian official said Saturday, noting that the former is a world-renowned computer manufacturing country, while the latter is rich in quality software talent.
